company, founded in 1996, with headquarters in Australia.

Our People
Gary Bruce, our CEO, is a Wharton alumnus who leads our practice. We have worked successfully with managers and their teams across the globe,
in eight industry categories. Frances Bruce, our Head of Consulting, holds a Doctorate
in Organisation Dynamics. She has undertaken extensive research in human dynamics, worked with Peter Senge, and applied
